Welcome to the Peterborough City Council online booking system for Registration Services.

You can use this system to make an appointment to register a birth or a death.

Please use the buttons at the bottom of each screen to move backwards and forwards through the system. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER BACK BUTTON DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.

To enter all the necessary information to make an appointment will take approximately 5 minutes. For security reasons, this system will time-out after 20 minutes. Please complete your booking within that time or the information you have entered will be lost and you will have to start again.

If you are registering a death, you can use the Tell Us Once service to notify a range of government departments during your appointment. Further details will be provided later in the booking process, and more information can be found on the gov.uk website. Please note that from the end of June 2016, the Tell Us Once service will no longer be available at birth registrations.
