We take the health of our residents very seriously and so we carry out regular inspections on all food premises within Peterborough to help to protect our residents.

Food Hygiene Rating Scheme

Peterborough City Council will switch to a new way of displaying the hygiene standards of food businesses to consumers. The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) will be launched on the 1st April 2012. The scheme will replace the current Scores on the Doors Scheme.
