Peterborough's chidlren's centres encourage all families to step away from the sofa and learn about living a healthier lifestyle. Here are some of the activities that are currently on offer.

MEND

A family based healthy lifestyle programme for all families with children between the aged seven and thirteen year olds who are above their ideal weight and want to become fitter, healthier and happier. available at:

Cooking groups
