Common core training

To support the Peterborough workforce in their development in the areas of expertise identified in the Children's Workforce Development Council's (CWDC) 'Common Core of Skills and Knowledge' , the learning and development programme has been structured to allow staff to easily identify training that is applicable to many roles across the workforce and falls into one or more of these categories.
