Educational support for children in care
Our role is to support and monitor the education of children in
care in Peterborough in order to improve their achievement and
future life chances. We work closely with colleagues, foster
carers, schools and voluntary agencies to see that children in our
care achieve their full educational potential.
We are focused on improving the educational achievement of
children and young people who are in care by making
their learning experiences and opportunities better.
We want to be the first port of call for any discussions and
decisions made about the education of children who are in our care
or who are being educated in one of our schools. We can help you by
offering advice, information, training and direct support to
children, carers and professionals.
