The City Council has decided that it wishes to consult on its
admission arrangements for those schools for which it is the
Admission Authority for admission to schools in September 2013.
Peterborough City Council is the Admission Authority for
Community and Voluntary Controlled schools. (For Academies,
Foundationand Voluntary Aided schools, the Governors are the
Admission Authority for the school.)
In addition, the City Council wishes to consult on the
Coordinated Admission Scheme for all Peterborough Primary and
Secondary Schools.
All relevant papers are available below. The consultation will
run for 8 weeks from the date of this notice.
If there are any comments you wish to make as part of the
consultation then please contact the officer named below.
Anyone may object about the final version of a policy determined
by the City Council or Governors of an Academy, Foundation or
Voluntary Aided School to the Schools Adjudicator by 30 June each
year

The Schools Admissions Code states that these final admission
arrangements must be determined by 15 April.
