- Please complete a separate application form for each
child.
- If you move house you must notify the passenger transport
operations team immediately to check if you are still eligible for
help with transport. If your child no longer requires his or her
bus pass please return it to the passenger transport operations
team.
- If you are not sure whether your child is entitled to free
school transport please contact the customer service
centre.
- If you, the parent or carer, have a permanent disability
which prevents you from taking your child to school, then your
child may be eligible for transport assistance. Please
contact the children's service department and speak to the
transport officer.
- Please allow 10 working days prior to your child returning to
school for the application to be processed and dispatch of the bus
pass.
