UK youth parliament

UK youth parliament aims to develop the skills and confidence of a young person so they can represent their peers in national events. The elected person will liaise with other young people across Peterborough, and get an understanding of their needs and bring that to the attention of the youth Parliament members to initiate change. Modelled on the House of Commons.

There will be a deputy MYP to support this process. The project will involve running an election, and supporting young people on their journey to encourage change and develop research skills, the project is accessible to all young people aged 13 - 19.
