areas of the city: central and east, south, and north and west.

Councillor Sue Allen has been a Conservative Councillor for
Orton Waterville since May 2007 she is currently Vice Chair of the
Sustainable Growth Scrutiny Committee on Licensing Committee,
Planning Committee and Chair of Orton with Hamptopn Neighbourhood
Council.
Meet the neighbourhood manager - Lisa Emmanuel
Lisa brings more than 25 years’ experience of project
management, community development and community safety to her role
in the south of the city. Prior to joining Peterborough City
Council’s neighbourhood management team, Lisa was responsible for
overseeing the Neighbourhood Action Groups across Milton Keynes. A
mum of four, Lisa still keeps up the skills from her original
trade as a Master Baker by making wedding and birthday cakes.
