** Benefits eligibility criteria:

  • Applicable to rat, mice and wasp treatments only, no other treatments are eligible for a discount
  • Customers must be in receipt of income support or pension credit to claim a discount, no other benefit will be accepted
  • Proof of eligible benefit entitlement must be shown to the pest control officer before treatment starts
  • To prove eligibility the householder/tenant of the property (not children/parents or relations of the occupier) must have a letter from the DWP (dated no more than six weeks old) stating they are currently claiming income support or pension credit from the address the treatment is being carried out.
  • If a customer in receipt of income support has a letter that is dated older than six weeks, they may request a "letter of entitlement" from DWP on 0845 6088603.  This must be done before the first visit and shown to the pest control officer on arrival.
