The councils corporate call centre is located within the customer service centre and takes calls from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

The Call Centre receives calls for all areas of the Council including:

• Adult Social Care
• Answer calls on behalf of Libraries
• Benefits enquiries – tel: 452241

• Requests for job recruitment packs
• General Cleansing Request
• General Dog Request Procedures (e.g.: Install Dogs Signs, Delivering Fouling Bags, Complaints)
• General Food Request (Food Complaints)
• General Landscape requests
• General Refuse and Recycling Requests
• Health and Safety request (only for an employer or a member of the public regarding an office, retail shop, warehouse, motor vehicle repair premise or catering company, a customer service or those included in the leisure and recreation industry).
