Police and Crime Commissioner Election results
On 15 November 2012, for the first time ever, the
public elected a PCC who will be accountable for how crime is
tackled in their police force area. PCCs will be responsible for
setting the police force’s strategic priorities, cutting crime,
appointing and, if necessary, dismissing the Chief Constable, and
ensuring that policing is efficient and effective.
Election results
The count took place on Friday 16 November, the
results are available on the
East Cambridgeshire District Council website.
Webinar on reporting campaign spending
The Electoral Commission are holding a webinar on Thursday 29
November at 4pm for candidates to explain what you must do after
polling day, the different deadlines and how to complete the
