How you can get involved

Greater involvement of the public in Council activities is one of our major objectives and the overview and scrutiny process can assist with this.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend meetings of the committees as expert witnesses, to help the committees with their work or to observe the meetings. All meetings are held in the Town Hall, unless otherwise stated.

Meetings schedule

Local residents may request that the appropriate committee review a subject or matter of concern in the city.  It need not relate purely to services provided by Peterborough City Council and can cover any aspects of public services provided in the City. You can make a request for a review by downloading and returning the attached form.
