Mayoral Invitations
If you wish to invite the Mayor of Peterborough to attend,
open, speak or make a presentation at an event please contact
the Mayor's Office.
To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible
as the Mayor receives many invitations to attend functions. The
Mayor has social and legal precedence in all places within the City
of Peterborough unless the Queen or her personal representative, a
close member of the Royal Family or the Lord Lieutenant is
present.
Where there is more than one distinguished
guest please consult the Mayor's Officer to discuss seating
arrangements. Guidance notes for organisers
of events being attended by the Mayor and/or Deputy Mayor are
available. The Mayor's diary, which was previously available
through this site, is no longer in use.
