In October 2006, we embarked on an ambitious ongoing
transformation programme that has revolutionised the way we deliver
services to people who live, learn, work in, or visit
Peterborough. We are committed to
keeping council tax low whilst improving services. £12
million is expected to be saved over the course of the
three year transformation programme which will improve performance
and reduce costs.
Business transformation is about fundamentally changing the way we work and working smarter so that services are better, quicker, cheaper and simpler to access.
