disposal. This process is carried out under the authority of
the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978.
Depending on the circumstances a vehicle that
is deemed to be abandoned will be issued with a notice giving the
owner a specific period to claim
ownership. If unclaimed
the vehicle will be removed for storage and subsequent
