- Meetings and workshops to exchange and identify good practice
on existing digital storage systems and how data is accessed and
used by community stakeholders and a review of existing local,
regional and EU policies.
- Publication of a joint report covering current best practice
and related policy issues.
- The creation and evaluation of a new information tool which
allows free access to usable data for all.
- Publication of a good practice guide recommending a new
approach to the access of complex digital data.
- Publication of partner Action Plans.
Results:
Recommendations on policy development governing access to data
by community stakeholders.
An agreed new approach to the access of complex digital data,
brought into use by partners and disseminated to other local and
regional authorities.
