Work Package 1
Management and Coordination - lead partner Peterborough.
Work Package 2
Communication and Dissemination (to include design and
publication of leaflets, reports and a WEB site) – this could be
sub contracted to one partner.
Work Package 3
Exchange of Experience – this work package will be delivered by
all partners. Although Peterborough will coordinate this
activity each partner will be responsibble for delivering their
local meetings, conducting (pre pilot) local research into
local/regional policy issues and developing their own (post pilot)
local/regional policy.
Please note: that one partner should take the lead on European
level policy work. This Work Package will be delivered in two
phases:
- Pre pilot phase – review of current policy
- Post pilot phase – developing new policy
Work Package 4
Piloting a new approach which includes developing tools to
improve accessibility of complex digital data e.g.
mapping/visualisation systems, symbols to be used and
legal/licensing issues.
Please note: Due to limited resources we should think about
limiting this work package to six pilots, for example two partners
looking at sustainability issues, two looking at issues related to
community development/citizens and two looking at business/economic
development issues.
Work Package 5
Evaluation of all aspects of the project. One partner should
deliver this work package.
