Maxey conservation area appraisal
Maxey Conservation Area was designated in 1979.
The City Council carried out a major review of the Maxey
Conservation Area in 2006 and produced an assessment of its special
character and a management plan for its future protection and
enhancement. Special effort will be made to retain the unique
character of the area, its buildings and spaces. The character
appraisal was approved by the City Council on 6 March 2007.
