Street litter

IOverflowing Litter Bint is an offence to litter and a fixed penalty can be enforced from £75.

Flyposting

Flyposting is the illegal and unauthorised placing of any sign, poster or sticker advertising or promoting an event or commercial activity on street signs, public utility street cabinets or on private premises. For further details regarding enforcement of this offence please link to flyposting.

Graffiti

Is the vandalism and the destruction of property, it is illegal, unsafe and unsightly.

Road spillages

We will clean up debris from traffic accidents as quickly as possible to minimise disruption and prevent any further incidents.

Flytipping

Flytipping

The disposal of waste illegally dumped on public property such as:

  • General household waste - black bags, Large domestic items - fridges, mattresses, sofas etc.
  • Commercial waste - rubble, tyres

Do not touch the waste you could put yourself at risk.

Dog fouling 

Dog owners have a responsibility to clean up their dog faeces immediately.

Dead animals

We provide a service of collection and removal of dead animals from public highways and council owned land.

Syringes

We provide a service of removal of syringes from public highways and council owned land. Do not touch the waste.

Public toilets

We operate 8 toilets around the Peterborough area, most of these are open between 7.30am and 8.00pm.
