The Public register holds all the information regarding the site
including the application form throughout the life of the
permit and for four years after ithe permit has ceased.
The only information which is not included in the public register
is information which has been classified as commercially
confidential or removed on grounds of national security.
The
public register for Part A(1) sites are held at the Environment
Agency office at Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay,
Peterborough, PE2 5ZR. The public register for Part
A(2) and Part B sites can be
viewed at Peterborough City Council.
