Street care

The Street Care service is now provided by Enterprise Peterborough, further information about the service is available from the Street Care page of the Enterprise Peterborough website.

Enterprise, the infrastructure maintenance company is working in partnership with Peterborough City Council in a 23 year contract to deliver key frontline services to Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This partnership brings innovation and investment to develop the services and deliver significant value for money.

Reporting street care problems

You can report the following street care issues using the online reporting form, this includes the following:

• Bird Faeces
• Chewing Gum
• Leaves Removal Request
• Litter Removal
• Pavement Cleaning Request
• Pests on Peterborough City Council Land
• Street Sweeping Request
• Weed Removal/Spraying Request
• Non Offensive Graffiti (Offensive Graffiti should be reported immediately by calling 01733 747474)
