Peterborough City Council are responsible for providing certain health and social care services in the Peterborough area.

Peterborough City Council has taken back responsibility for adult social care services.

While the city council remained the statutory body responsible for adult social care, the services have been managed by NHS Peterborough since 2004 under a Partnership Agreement.
