How does the calculator work?
The quick and easy form asks a few simple questions, it will
help you if you know your Local Housing Allowance (LHA) before using
the calculator.
Please note: The benefits calculator can only
provide you an indication of what you are likely to receive based
on the information you provide at the time of using the calculator.
This amount may differ from any amount of actual entitlement once
you have submitted a claim form with any required supporting
evidence and it has been fully assessed by us.
The Calculator will still estimate Council Tax
Benefit at the full rate and does not yet take account of the 30%
reduction in Council Tax Support from 1 April 2013.
