Self service for revenues and benefits customers

Sign up and use our self service enquiry systems which provides customers with access to information about their benefits, council tax and business rates. Users are provided with a secure login that complies with BS7799 to ensure that the confidentiality of information is not breached.

Online self service system maintenance

Please check here, before you contact us, for details of any maintenance should there be problems connecting to the service. There is no planned maintenance that should affect this service at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by any maintenance work.

We will then post to you your secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) and details of the web address (URL) you will need to log-in and access this facility. For security reasons the PIN will not be issued by email and we will use the postal address we have registered for claim or account.
