Log in to Self Service
General Information
Our online self service facility has recently been upgraded and,
whether or not you were a previous user, the first time you log in
now you will need to
create an account. This can be done very simply; select
create an account, and follow the steps as indicated (further
assistance can be found in the guide attached
below).
The new service works very differently from the old one as you
have an individual user account to which you can add the
services you require – council tax, business rates, benefits or
benefits landlords. For example, you can access your business
rates and domestic council tax from your account, whereas before
you had to have a separate self service account for each.
We have put together a guide for users, which also provides more
detail on how to set up an account and register for services;
The documents below appear in Adobe® Acrobat® (PDF) format. In order to view it you will need to have Acrobat Reader installed. (Those with visual impairments may wish to investigate Access Adobe, which provides tools and information to help make PDF files more accessible). | |
