We deliver a range of services to assist  people in need of alternative accommodation or advice on their current accommodation

What do Housing options do?

We deliver a range of advice and assistance to those with accommodation needs. Whether you're a Housing Association tenant, rent privately, own a property or have no fixed address, we offer free and confidential advice on various housing related subjects. We provide a drop-in service, which means that no appointment in necessary. You can access our services quickly and propmtly receive the advice and assistance you need. In addition to our advice services we maintain the Peterborough housing register and administer the choice based lettings scheme for the Peterborough Homes partnership

Where are we?

Housing Options is based on the ground floor of the customer service centre. You can drop-in anytime during our opening hours and you will be issued with a ticket number and will be notified via a screen in the Customer Service Centre of how long you can expect to wait to see a member of staff. If you are unable to attend the customer services centre for any reason please contact us for further advice.
