Housing needs

We deliver a range of services to assist people in need of alternative accommodation or advice on their current accommodation.

What do Housing needs do?

We deliver a range of advice and assistance to those with accommodation needs. Whether you're a Housing Association tenant, rent privately, own a property or have no fixed address, we offer free and confidential advice on various housing related subjects. You can access our services quickly and promptly by calling (01733) 864064. In addition to our advice services we maintain the Peterborough housing register and administer the choice based lettings scheme for the Peterborough Homes partnership

Where are we?

The Housing Needs Service is based on the ground floor of the customer service centre. You can contact the service on (01733) 864064 and if necessary you will be made an appointment to see a Housing needs officer. If you do not have access to a telephone you can visit the customer services centre where telephones are available for public use.
