Developed by the Children’s Workforce
Development Council and supported by the GSCC, this scheme has been
designed to ensure that as a newly qualified Social Worker you have
access to the best possible opportunities in your first year of
professional practice. The scheme will enable you to
consolidate, extend and deepen the skills and knowledge you have
learned during your initial training.
