How much will it cost?

The cost of buying an @ctive card. 

  • Residents and non-residents - £17.00
  • People aged 60 years and older - £8.50
  • Disabled - £8.50
  • Full time students over 16 years - £8.50
  • Limited income - £8.50
  • Unemployed* - £8.50
  • Carer card - £5.00
  • Under 16 years - free

Renewing your card

All cards are valid for 12 months.* You can renew your card at any of the facilities listed. Renewal charges remain the same as purchase prices, however if you are aged 60 years or over the card is free on renewal. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged. Your card can be replaced if you take proof of your address/concession (if applicable) along to one of the facilities listed. It will cost £5.00 for replacement cards to cover our administration costs.

Carer cards

For carer cards please submit your application in writing including relevant paymnet of £5.00 (do not include cash), with a doctors note explaining the need for a carer and copies of relevant information to:

  • Sports Services, Central Library, Broadway, Peterborough. PE1 1RX

* Unemployed @ctive cards remain valid for three months and are charged in installments.
