Booking information
The Key Theatre's 360 seat auditorium has a unique
atmosphere providing both intimacy and an excellent view for
all patrons. There are spaces for 4 wheelchairs on row L which
must be booked in advance.
The Key Theatre box office is situated in our foyer and open
from 11am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays and from an hour prior
to performances until 30 minutes after curtain-up on Sundays.

online 24 hours a day. Payment may be made by cash, cheque
(made payable to Peterborough Cultural and Leisure Trust) or credit
or debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Delta), if paying by
card or cheque a £1 booking fee will apply to the transaction.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved in person or by phone,
payments must be made within 2 working days unless alternative
arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will result in the
tickets being released for resale without further notice. Tickets
can be posted out for either a 60p fee or by enclosing a SAE.

Refunds
We regret that we are unable to refund money. If an event is
sold out we will try to re-sell unwanted tickets, an administration
fee of £1 per ticket is charged for this service. (Only charged if
tickets are sold). Any re-imbursement will be
issued in Gift Certificates.
Exchange of tickets
We regret we are unable to exchange tickets from one production
to another, but only within the same production, an administration
fee of £1 per ticket is charged for this service and can only
be done at the counter or if the original tickets are in our
possession. The fee must be paid at the time of exchange.
Any re-imbursement will be issued in Gift
Certificates.
Group bookings
If you plan to bring a party of 10 or more, on certain
performances/shows there is a Group discount from 10% per ticket.

Co-ordinator, Ros Warren, who will be able to advise or help
you on 01733 207239. Tickets booked and paid for within 7 days of a
performance will be kept at the box office for collection.

Gift certificates
These are available from the box office in any denomination and
can be used to purchase tickets from the Key Theatre only. They are
valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Loop system and guide dogs
The Sennheiser Infra-red enhanced hearing system is available
for people with hearing impairment. Headsets and receiver loops are
available at the box office. You will have to turn your hearing aid
onto "'T" position. Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take
your dog into the Auditorium, please let the box office know when
booking so that suitable seats can be allocated. Water for the dog
can also be provided.
