Celebrating Young Cultural Creators

A group of students from the Mansfield Skills Centre performed their archive inspired poetry at our Young Cultural Creators Celebration on 29 January 2009.  To view their outstanding work have a look at The Trenches 1914-1918.  To hear more about the project visit the local studies and archives news page, read our YCC Final Report, or take a look at feedback from the student's literacy tutor.

Forty Years On Project

Based around our Peterborough Development Corporation Archive, the Forty Years On Project will capture the modern history of Peterborough and present it back to the communities that have taken part.  A team of volunteers will work with original archive documents and be involved in oral history and theatre based activities to bring the City’s contemporary history to life.  For more information visit the local studies and archives news page.

For more events, see the Events and Activities page. For more archives news, see the Local Studies and Archives news page.
