The museum on Most Haunted
In April 2005 Living TV's popular paranormal programme 'Most
Haunted' filmed at Peterborough Museum. The show was broadcast in
August 2005 as part of series six of the show, and has been
released on DVD.

The entire team, including presenter Yvette
Fielding and spiritualist mediums Derek Acorah and David Wells,
filmed at the Museum for 24 hours in order to try and capture some
of our ghosts on film. The crew described it as one of the most
hospitable locations they'd yet filmed at!
During the course of the evening a number of
phenomena were recorded, including a disturbing incident when
several of the crew were in the museum's ancient cellar and
allegedly had a door inexplicably slammed on them, causing them to
flee the cellar!
