Woodfield park, Welland estate, Dogsthorpe

Woodfield park is 19 acres of parkland nestling between Dogsthorpe, Welland and Burford Lawns and is managed by the Woodfield Park Millennium Green Trust.

The Trust has worked hard to develop the area over the last eight years providing a park for all to enjoy. It has a wide range of habitats including wetlands, a spring meadow and gorse scrub which attracts wildlife in abundance. Also within the park are recreational areas for all age groups: a concrete skate park, multi-use games area and a recently refurbished junior play area. A number of events are held at the park during the year.
