Queensgate shopping centre

Queensgate is Peterborough city centres main shopping centre, home to over 90 stores including John Lewis, M&S, Bhs, Next, Waitrose, Boots, H&M, HMV, Oasis, River Island, Monsoon, Jane Norman, Paperchase and many more. If you’re looking for somewhere to stop for a bite to eat or a coffee you’ll find lots of choice in the centre, eateries include Costa Coffee, Muffin Break, The John Lewis Place To Eat, Cafe Revive at M&S, McDonalds, Lovejuice, Don Millers Bakery and the Reflections coffee shop.

Inside Queensgate

Queensgate is open weekdays until 5.30pm, with late night shopping until 8pm on Thursdays, Saturdays until 6pm and on Sundays between 10.30 and 4.30. Queensgate is easy to get to, it’s home to Peterborough's bus station, only two minutes walk from the cities rail station and has four car parks with room for 2300 cars.

Peterborough’s Shopmobility office can be found on level 11 of the Queensgate car parks. There is a customer information desk on the upper mall, outside John Lewis, where you can pick up a full mall guide, ask for directions, buy gift cards and environmentally sound charity shopping bags. You’ll also find the cities only eco friendly waterless car cleaning service in the centres Clare and Royce car parks.

Westgate ArcadeIn addition to the main malls Queensgate is also home to the cities Westgate Arcade. The arcade dates back to the 1920s and is home to a varied mix of independent retailers including boutique opticians, award winning butchers, designer denim stores, home wares and health food shops.
