Spin fit classes at Werrington sports centre

45 minute sessions with no complicated moves to learn, you will pedal your way to a leaner, stronger body. A great fat burner. Routines are made up of hill climbs, seated and standing, sprints and interval sessions. Due to limited bikes it is advisable to book in advance.

 

We have 7 sessions a week including Saturday mornings. 

The cost per session is £4.00 with an @ctive Card or £5.00 as a non-member. Classes are free to annual and monthly members

Spaces are limited therefore booking in advance is advisable. We recommend you bring a water bottle and towel.
