Our Evening Lecture programme

Over the last year we have started a series of entertaining and informative evening lectures on topics of general historical interest, conducted by local history lecturer Don Chiswell. Where possible the subjects have a connection to local history, and the talks are supported by relevant objects from the Museum's collections.

 

The talks take place on the second Thursday of the month at the Museum at 7.30pm. Tickets are £4 for adults, £2 for children, students of OAPs. Tickets can be pre-booked via the Museum or bought on the night. The programme for the next few months is as follows:
