Loire Court car park
We have agreed a lease with Cross Keys Homes and are now carrying out improvements to the car park here, in order to make the best use of it for residents of the area.
Proposal for resident permit parking
It is proposed that the car park should only be available for permit holders, and that residents of Loire Court and the southern section of Clarence Road (nos 1-103 and 2-130) should be eligible to buy permits.

The formal consultation runs from 28 March until 18 April, and details of the proposal are set out in the letter distributed to residents, along with other supporting documents.
