- Loft conversion. I intend to convert the loft of my dwelling into a room
- I intend to erect a completely new building (a new dwelling, detached garages, a new factory or shop etc)
- I intend to extend an existing dwelling (kitchen extensions, conservatories, attached garages etc)
- I intend to extend a building which is not a dwelling
- I intend carry out alteration work to my dwelling (removing an internal wall, fitting a new bathroom, installing central heating, replacing a flat roof etc)
