What happens if I breach bail?

If you do not stick to your conditions of bail, or fails to attend court on the date agreed, this means you are in breach of bail. If this happens you are likely to be arrested and may have your bail withdrawn. You can also be prosecuted for failing to turn up for court as this is a criminal offence.
