Peterborough Quit Smoking Service
Peterborough Quit Smoking Service is a smoking cessation
service here to help you kick the habit.
We are a small team of smoking cessation
specialists offering friendly counselling and advice about quitting
smoking. We're committed to supporting you throughout your quit
attempt. There are two parts to our service:
Individual appointments
You can be seen at Trinity Court or Rivergate
Primary Care Centre, Pharmacies, most GP surgeries and local
Children's Centres.
Quit support groups
These are run throughout the year subject to
demand. In a group there will usually be between 15 to 30 smokers
who agree to quit smoking on a chosen date and commit to attending
one session a week for seven weeks.

- Have tried many times to quit smoking and want to try again
- Want to quit but are afraid of failing
