Peterborough Artists Open Studios

 

Peterborough Artists Open Studios (PAOS) Group invites you to see how they work, what they use and why they do it! A number of local artists will be demonstrating a variety of techniques including Drawing, Printing, Weaving, Painting, Mosaic and Jewellery Making and will welcome questions about their work. Much of the work will be for sale. There will also be opportunities to make your own piece of art or craft with the guidance of a professional artist.

 

Meet-the-Artist

 
Meet-the-Artist will see local talented artists as they prepare for the annual Peterborough Artists Open studios event- now in it 7th year and a new September slot, which will showcase the work of over 20 artists including textiles, jewellery, patchwork, painting and much more. It is an opportunity for everyone to visit artists' studios, homes and gardens and see how they work, live and create.

PAOS Showcase Exhibition

View and enjoy work by local artists displayed in the glorious central setting of Peterborough Cathedral.
 
This is the first Festival and PAOS exhibition and as well as pieces from throughout the year, artists have also created work responding to the theme of Myths & Legends.

Sculptures in Broadway Cemetery

An exhibition of sculptures and installations based on the theme of 'Myths and Legends' created by local artists will be on display around this historic Peterborough Cemetery throughout the Festival.
