EACH East Anglia's Children's Hospice

 

EACH aims to maximise the quality of life for life-limited or life-threatened children and their families across East Anglia.

 

EACH provides one-to-one nursing care for children from birth up to nineteen years of age both in our three hospices in Quidenham (Norfolk), Milton (Cambridgeshire) and Ipswich (Suffolk), and in the family home.  EACH cares not just for the sick child, but the entire family.  Far from being sombre places, the hospices are cheerful and colourful very much 'places for living' with a home-from-home environment.   

 

EACH cares for around 300 families every year across the region, and it costs in excess of £4 million to fund our services on an annual basis.  Since only a small percentage of our funding comes from government sources, we rely on the support of individuals and companies in the local community.   

 

EACH is Norwich and Peterborough Building Society's current nominated staff charity.  Its employees will be running for EACH and it would be great if other local people chose to run for this very good cause too.
