News from Peterborough City Council

Readers in Orton are invited to come along to a book sale at Orton Library on Saturday (9 August) with the library selling off withdrawn stock at bargain prices between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

 

Novels and children's books will be on sale at £2 for 10 books. A wide range of non-fiction titles will also be available at £3 for 10 books. DVDs, music CDs and videos are separately priced.

 

Elaine Wilkinson, Peterborough City Council's reader services advisor, said: "It's a fantastic opportunity to come along and get yourself some summer reading."
