Using the results
  • Results will feed in to the Performance Teams of Peterborough City Council and local strategic partners, e.g. NHS Peterborough, Police, to identify focus areas
  • Focus areas will then be researched further through the business by qualitative research e.g. focus/discussion groups
  • Data will be analysed to compare with previous survey results
  • Action plans will be produced in response to the focus areas
