Art Competition

We are currently hosting an exciting art competition for children and young people in schools across Peterborough.

The theme of the competition is 'Our World', and key stages from both Primary and Secondary schools are being invited to enter. All

winners' artwork is to be exhibited on the walls of newly refurbished 1st floor of Bayard Place. We have asked a host of artists to judge the

entries; including Renèe Antonelli, Orlando Rock, Sue Rowland and Christopher Thompson. Businesses around Peterborough have

kindly agreed to sponsor the competition. Each winner will receive £25, plus a school prize. Please view the Primary or Secondary fliers

for categories, entry details and further information.

World Poetry Day Competition

World Poetry Day is an occasion which is used to support and promote poetry. It also helps reinstate poetry as something which is not obselete but can reinforce identity in the media and society.

March 21st was declared World Poetry Day UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisations).

Keep checking back in the New Year for our World Poetry Day themed competition.
