We are at the first stage in the production of two important documents which will set out the future growth of the City. The Site Allocations document will allocate land for new development and the Planning Policies document will contain policies that will be used for assessing planning applications submitted to the Council
- Site Allocations Development Plan Document - identifies sites and land for different types of development throughout the Local Authority. (This document was updated on 15, October 2008.)
- Planning Policies Development Plan Document - provides planning policies and criteria for the determination (granting or refusal) of planning applications which will cater for sustainable growth of the city. (This document was updated on 15, October 2008.) This document is in line with the Core Strategy Preferred Option.
Both documents are available in CD format.
