Out of hours details
We have an out of hour's duty officer who will only deal with
certain circumstances for Dog Warden and Pest Control duties.
The contact number is 01733 425300. Please note you will
not get an engaged signal if the line is busy - it is manned
so please be patient.
In general, the Pest Control and Dog Warden officer will
attend:
Dogs
Detained stray dogs, i.e. those unable to continue to roam
such as shut in a house or garden. Other requests will be assessed
by the duty officer.
Pest Control (Domestic Premises)
Cross Keys Homes tenants - FREE (except those insect
species considered to be self generated i.e. cockroaches and
bedbugs) unless authorised by an Housing Office. Rats and insects
will normally only be treated out of hour if inside the
house and deemed an emergency. Other customers - £80 plus
treatment costs, including VAT.
Pest Control (Commercial Premises)
If the commercial property has a contract with us, and the
pest species is covered in that contract, there is no charge.
