Domestic Premises All domestic charges include VAT  
Rodents

£42.  Concessionary rate of £22 for residents on income support or pension credit.

Includes up to 4 visits, if considered necessary by Pest Control Officer.  Further visits would be chargeable at £20/each (£10/each concessionary rate for residents on income support or pension credit)

Wasps and bees

£42

Includes 1 free revisit, if considered necessary by Pest Control Officer

Insects eg. fleas, ants, woodlice, silver fish, ground beetles

£60

Except carpet beetles, cockroaches, pharaoh's ants, crickets and some fly treatments depending on type.

Carpet beetles, cockroaches, pharoah's ants, bed bugs and other mammals

Squirrels

£42 survey plus cost of bait

Pigeons, seagulls, foxes, rabbits, moles

Companies on contract with us will either have pest species paid for by their contract OR will get a reduced cost of 25% if they are on contract with us for another pest species.

Rodents £50/hr initial visit and then £25 per follow up visit Treatment will continue until no further evidence of rodents is found

Fleas/Ants/Wasps

Bees and other "one off" insect treatments

£50/hr plus cost of materials (mainly Ficam W for crawling insects @ £1/litre of solution) Minimum of 1 hour charge

Bedbugs/carpet beetles/

cockroaches or other two person working

£120/hr Minimum 1 hour charge
Pharoah's ants/Tropical ants  £120/hr plus cost of materials @ £3.50 per bait station  Minimum 1 hour charge
Moles £120/hr plus cost of materials @ £20 per tube of gassing materials 1 tube will contain 30 gassing "tablets" and cost will depend on volume of mole hills/runs to treat.  Minimum 1 hour charge.
Pigeons/Rabbits/Foxes Minimum £120 per hour but will depend on time of day and type of treatment, works and materials used.  

Squirrels

£50 per hour initial visit then £25 per follow up visit  Live catch traps OR bait may be used depending on circumstances.  Prices the same for both.  Minimum 1 hour charge initial visit.
Survey only£50/hour   Minimum 1 hour charge.  Insects sent into Bridge House identified free of charge.
