Council approved guidance to the Local Plan (formerly known as Supplementary Planning Guidance)
These documents provide advice and examples of good
practice for anyone thinking of undertaking some development and /
or applying for planning permission. The documents, formerly
known as Supplementary Planning
Guidance, were approved under the procedures in PPG12
'Development Plans' (1999).
The documents have a status as material considerations on the
basis that they are Council approved guidance.
