Peterborough City Council is committed to improving the walking and cycling environment for everyone to enjoy.  The Green Wheel cycle route already circles the city. We are working on increasing the number of user friendly links to the Green Wheel from the city centre.

 

For walking we are identifying and assessing key city routes, so we can ensure improvements are made to the most popular routes - creating a better walking network for the city.

 

The Rights of Way Improvement Plan is also currently being implemented.
