Cambridgeshire Constabulary has signed up to a new policing charter that sets a standard of service the force will strive to deliver.

It includes clear standards for the amount of time spent on the beat, easy ways to contact neighbourhood teams and response times to all calls and incidents.

Watch Julie Spence’s Christmas vodcast and hear her comments on our pledge and what it means for you.
